Carla Bryan-Sheard, an Associate Broker, has been a licensed Realtor since 1999. Real Estate was put on hold for many years as she taught in Miami-Dade County Public Schools (Miami area), Clayton County Public Schools (Atlanta area), and United Arab Emirates (Dubai area). Upon her return to the United States, she resumed her real estate career, earning Brokerage honors, such as Rising Star, Stellar Agent, and the Leap of Faith awards. She now looks forward to bringing her talents to Atlanta.
Dr. Carla was born and raised in Miami Gardens, FL. After graduating from high school and Miami-Dade College, simultaneously, through Dual Enrollment, she enrolled at Florida Memorial College majoring in Biology. She graduated with a degree in Biology at the age of 19. She later went on to earn her Masters in Educational Leadership and PhD in Education.
Dr. Carla was honored by Empowered Magazine as one of the top 50 Women to Watch in 2023. She is also co-authoring 2 books, one was released last year and the other will be released this year. Additionally, she owns a Teacher’s subscription box service and a Real Estate Agent Merchandise company. In addition to her businesses, Dr. Carla enjoys time with her husband and 2 teenage sons- one in high school and one in college.
As a Real Estate Agent, Dr. Carla prides herself on continuous learning. With that zeal for learning, she passes that knowledge on to her clients, be it a seller, buyer, or investor. Her certifications and designations include Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Probate Specialist (CPS), and Stage & Design Certified (SDC).
